How to use a Crystal Pendulum

1. You can light candles, smudge with sage & breathe in some essential oils.

2. Pendulum in hand, acknowledge it and connect with it (some hold it to their hearts first). Take a deep breath, the more relaxed you are the easier it will be to connect with your higher mind.

3. Before you begin, you’ll need to establish what your pendulums "yes" and "no" responses are. Either swing in circles or back and forth in a line. Hold the pendulum  6 - 8 inches above the palm of your hand. Begin to ask simple yes/no questions that you know the answers to and see what the responses are. If your pendulum is erratic or doesn’t move at all, the answer is not clear.

4. Now think about your question and say it out loud. Hold the pendulum over your hand and let your inner guidance show in the movement of your crystal.
