Shipping And Handling
All goods are carefully packed. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, then please contact us so that we may make good the problem. We only charge what it takes to get the product to your door.
International customers - please email for freighting quote.
Delivery is through our local courier and is usually achieved within 2-3 business days.
If there is an unexpected delay with the product, you will be notified by email. Estimated date of departure will be given and you will have the right to cancel your order.
Credit Card Security
We use fully secure shopping cart technology. When you enter your personal information on our website we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us.
If you are not satisfied with the products you receive through The Third Eye, You can return them, within 14 days and we will send you replacements or a refund.

Any customs duties, sales taxes and other regulatory charges are payable by the purchaser. Please be aware that any registration claims regarding any products are only valid in New Zealand.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
We understand that buying online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on. That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any full price products that you're not happy with. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any full price product, please return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or credit notes for sale items. The cancellation policy allows refund at any stage of the purchase prior to the goods being posted. After goods have been sent the refund policy takes effect.
Postage Charges on Returns
Postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel.
