White Sage Stick

White sage is a great way of clearing unwanted energy from a room or space.

Simply light the end of the sage bundle, keeping a vessel underneath to catch any ash. Circulate the sage to make sure you reach all corners of a room. It is also great to spend extra time around any hot spots, such as, oven, microwave, mirrors etc. These areas can hold a lot of energy and are best to be cleared regularly. Always have a window or door open so that the smoke can leave the space. Its best to start in a room at the opening and work your way around the room in a counter-clockwise until you reach the door/window.
